Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: To understand why talent selection is done in sports, how talent selection test results are interpreted and how the results contribute to sports sciences and to develop the ability to conduct research in this field. In addition, to provide the right guidance about talent selection in sports.
Course Content: To be able to create a model in talent selection, to identify talented individuals, to direct individuals to the right branches in line with their abilities, to examine the existing systems for the selection of talent and to determine the factors that define talent.
