Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: To learn dosage forms of drugs, to define solid and liquid pharmaceutical forms, to know the differences between these pharmaceutical forms and to have general information about their preparation.
Course Content: Pharmacopeias, measures and units, prescription information, drug forms in solution form, suspensions, emulsions, semi-solid drug forms, suppositories, packaging materials, dressings, surgical materials, Sterile and solid drug forms, definition and use.
