Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: By defining the concept and importance of communication it is to provide the development of speaking and listening skills so that the technician can inform both the patient and the environment with correct and understandable expressions.
Course Content: Definition, importance and types of communications, communication elements, perceptual differences, non-verbal communication and body language, listening skills, speaking skills, interpersonal relations, group communications, skills to cope with conflict situations, bargaining, problem solving in the groups, persuasion concepts, successful persuasion methods, the importance of persuasion in social life, nonverbal communication and persuasion.
