Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: This course offers a critical approach to items and practices of several visual cultures such as popular culture, photography, painting, advertisement and films. Certain vocabulary and concepts will be taken notice of to raise questions about how -and why- people infer meanings from visual objects and practices. The course will accelerate students’ learning and critical thinking skills regarding visual practices.

1) Having advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks, application tools and other resources that contain up-to-date information in International Finance and Banking area.
2) To be able to use the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the field of International Finance and Banking.
3) By using the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of International Finance and Banking, being able to interpret and evaluate data based on research and evidence, identify problems and develop solutions.
4) To be able to work and research independently in the field by using the econometric model and programs.
5) To be able to take responsibility as an individual and team member to solve problems encountered in applications related to the field.
6) To be able to plan and manage teamwork activities within the framework of a finance and banking projects.
7) To be able to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of International Finance and Banking with a critical approach.
8) To be expert in the area of the basic financial concepts by learning their correspondents in the life
9) To be able to comment on the financial subjects, inform relevant people and institutions on financial and banking issues ; ability to convey their thoughts and suggestions for solving problems in written and oral form.

14) Can work independently, take initiative, take responsibility and decisions.
15) Knows how to work together, take duties and responsibilities, and leads the team when necessary.
