| Course Objectives: | The wrestling course aims to help students learn the basic rules, techniques, and strategies of wrestling and develop these skills through practical application. |
| Course Content: | The course covers fundamental wrestling techniques, inter-team competition, positioning, grip techniques, defensive and offensive strategies. Additionally, physical conditioning, endurance, flexibility, and teamwork skills are also developed. |
