Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: The wrestling course aims to help students learn the basic rules, techniques, and strategies of wrestling and develop these skills through practical application.
Course Content: The course covers fundamental wrestling techniques, inter-team competition, positioning, grip techniques, defensive and offensive strategies. Additionally, physical conditioning, endurance, flexibility, and teamwork skills are also developed.
