Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce students to cycling at a basic level, to teach cycling techniques, safety rules and the benefits of cycling for healthy living. Also, to emphasize the individual and environmental benefits of cycling.
Course Content: History and social importance of cycling
Introduction of bicycle equipment
Basic driving techniques and safety rules
Cycling and environmentally friendly transportation
The effects of cycling on physical and mental health
