Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to teach students emotional intelligence competencies and the use of emotional intelligence in leadership.
Course Content: Topics covered in this course include emotion, the history of emotions, IQ, EQ, components of emotional intelligence management, emotional intelligence management in corporate and managerial settings, the relationship between mobbing and emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence scales.
