Program Eğitim Hedefleri

(Programın amacı doğrultusunda belirlenen hedefler aşağıda belirtilmiştir.)

1	To train graduates who can use theoretical and practical knowledge on a solid basis in order to provide preventive, curative and rehabilitative nursing services with a holistic approach.
2	To train professionals who can make effective decisions to meet the health needs of individuals, families and society by transferring the knowledge they acquire to evidence-based nursing practices.
3	To provide safe, high-quality, and sustainable care in accordance with professional standards, legal regulations, and ethical principles.
4	• To cultivate innovative nurses who embrace a culture of scientific research, keep up with current technologies, and develop themselves through a lifelong learning approach.
5	To cultivate graduates who can express their thoughts verbally and in writing, using critical thinking and independent decision-making skills in individual and teamwork.
6	To cultivate nurses who are sensitive to national and international health issues, have a high sense of social responsibility, and are environmentally and safety-conscious.
7	To cultivate effective communication and team collaboration in nursing practice, working in harmony with individuals, families, communities, colleagues, and the healthcare team.
8	To cultivate professionals who demonstrate leadership qualities in research, management, and education, and who can participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of health policies.
9	To cultivate nurses who possess at least a A2 level of European Language Portfolio proficiency in a foreign language and who can monitor and share their professional knowledge internationally.
10	To train nurses who can integrate contemporary information technologies into care, education and management processes in line with FBU's innovative and student-centered education approach.
