Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: The main objectşve of this course is to teach students the basic concepts of Turkish public law and private law
Course Content: The concept of law, law regulations and the relation between law regulations and the rules of social behavious are analyzed in this course.

1) Has the theoretical and practical knowledge to make sense of the basic concepts of Political Science and International Relations in local, regional and global contexts.
2) Has ability to view and perceive the concepts, theories and approaches of the field in the field of Political Science and International Relations within an interdisciplinary framework.
3) Plays an active role in local, national and international projects.
4) Understand and evaluate different perspectives on the historical and cultural heritage of the field of Political Science and International Relations.
5) Effectively evaluates the news, works and discussions on the Political Science and International Relations agenda and can use their practical knowledge.
6) Can convey their thoughts and suggestions in the field of Political Science and International Relations to other persons, organizations and institutions in oral and written form.
7) Has theoretical, methodological and technical knowledge to explain states, institutions, international organizations, international actors, domestic and foreign policy mechanisms, non-governmental organizations, multinational companies and to evaluate the scales reflected in the field of Political Science and International Relations.
