Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach the fundamental concepts and institutions of intellectual property law. In this context, the course examines the concept of intellectual property and how to protect the rights arising from it, from the perspectives of copyright law, patents, trademarks, and designs.
Course Content: The aim is to examine and teach students the principles and foundations of Intellectual Property Law, intellectual and industrial property rights, and related regulations in detail.

1) Furthermore, within this scope, while the aim is for students to learn the concept of authorship, it is also intended to explain how ownership rights are determined when one person or multiple people share the title of author

1) This course aims to inform students about the concept and scope of intellectual property. This will enable them to evaluate potential disputes in this area, identify relevant and important sections of legislation concerning intellectual and industrial property rights, and utilize them when necessary.
