For students, besides basic engineering sciences, information technology concepts (Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, Data Mining etc.) and engineering management concepts (production, management, economics, accounting, etc.) will be learned together with the theory of the courses supported by projects. a curriculum has been prepared to improve their abilities. With the training provided, students will be provided with an innovative perspective, not only to understand the existing system, to improve their creativity with the technological opportunities to be provided, to predict and solve any problems that may arise, and to predict how the system can work better in general terms. Thus, our graduates can comprehend, identify, analyze and solve problems, system analysis and design, system transformation, decision making, selection, process improvement, optimization, modeling, quality improvement, managing constraints, cost reduction, productivity, organization, project management, planning. and control, etc. They will have the capacity to produce various solutions to their problems in different sectors. Total of 240 ECTS consists of 106 ECTS Departmental courses, 56 ECTS Basic Engineering Courses, 35 ECTS Field Electives, 29 ECTS Thematic Elective Courses, 14 ECTS YÖK courses and University Life and Culture courses. Students will be able to monitor the practices of the courses they take during the summer months and take part in projects whenever possible. Apart from the courses, technical trips and examinations will be carried out in order to reinforce the knowledge acquired by students. |
