This program aims to train dietitians who respect universal and ethical values, comply with national and international professional standards, are environmentally sensitive, take an active role in protecting and developing the health of the individual, family, and society, plan, follow medical nutrition treatment for diseases, offer solutions to problems and are aware of lifelong learning. The program includes area elective and thematic elective courses as well as compulsory courses related to the area of nutrition and dietetics. Area elective courses can be chosen every semester starting from the 2nd year and thematic elective courses starting from the 3rd year. As of the end of the third year, students make practices to increase their professional knowledge and skills with Community Health Nutrition Practice, Clinical Nutrition Child Practice, Clinical Nutrition Adult Practice, Institutional Food System Practice and Elective Practice courses. |
