Programme Profile

In the first year, students develop their knowledge in basic medical sciences such as anatomy and physiology, while they also receive intensive English education. From the first year onwards, student begin to gain knowledge about the profession, occupational law, and the duties and responsibilities of the physiotherapist. In the second class they receive theoretical and practical training on both diseases and vocational evaluation and exercise applications. At the end of the 2nd class, they make 20 working days compulsory summer internship. In the 3rd class, lessons are mostly directed for rehabilitation approaches. Students learn to establish the relationship between illnesses and physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches. Practical and theoretical courses are progressing in parallel. At the end of the 3rd class, they make 20 working days compulsory summer internship. In the 4th class, for monthly internships and they treat the patients within the supervision. In the 4rd year, seminars and finishing projects are made in various subjects and students are prepared for graduation.
