| Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to analyze media texts by giving information about communication theories and models. At the end of this course, from students are expected to approach the means of mass communication critically and develop critical perspectives in the light of the theories developed in the historical process. |
| Course Content: | In this course, the theories developed in the field of communication are covered in the general social theory. The basic concepts and arguments of communication theories will be presented in a historical, cultural and intellectual context. |
