Course Objectives and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to examine the legal regulation of actions and transactions carried out through information systems and technology or on information systems, and the legal consequences of conflicts and types of crimes arising from information and technology; assessing rights and responsibilities.
Course Content: This course includes the examination of the legislation on information law and the evaluation of social processes and tools in this context. In this context, current events, court decisions and current problems are discussed.
